Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Thick Ass Glass, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Condition
Ensure the product is completely unused and in its original, brand-new condition. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items using the original protective materials to prevent breakage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
