We use a proprietary double-boxing method and heavy-duty bubble wrap designed specifically for high-end glassware. Each piece is stress-tested and secured to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition.
What is the 'Thick Ass Glass' quality standard?
Our products are crafted from premium borosilicate glass, featuring thickness levels ranging from 5mm to 9mm. This ensures superior heat resistance and durability compared to standard thin-walled glass.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While rare, if an item breaks during transit, we offer a 100% arrival guarantee. Simply take a photo of the damaged item next to the shipping label and contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown boxes. The return address is listed under a generic fulfillment name to ensure your privacy and security.
How should I clean and maintain my glassware?
For best results, we recommend using 91% or higher Isopropyl alcohol mixed with coarse salt. For heavy buildup, specialized glass cleaners are also effective. Avoid using abrasive metal brushes which can scratch the glass.
